Does your product leak the water? When filling with hot water, we recommend folding the top up to vent the air, and then screwing the lid back on.
What's your material made of? Our hot water bags are made of natural rubber.
Is the neck of the bottle easy to get rusted? We have improved the product and replaced the neck with nylon material that won't rust.
Can I fill with the tap water? If the hot tap water doesn't make it warm enough, you can try mixing it with boiling water from the kettle to maintain the desired warmth.
